Meditation can bring up a lot of different images for people. For me and for what I’m sharing with you, meditation is taking time to pay attention. That’s it.
You are with me for these 16 weeks or so. I hope that you give these basic practices a try and see what happens. Test for yourself if they are beneficial or not.
